Wire2Air Carrier Lookup API
Wire2air provides simple HTTP interface for clients to lookup the carrier.
HTTP GET can be used in all modern programming languages including ASP, ASP.NET, C++, C#, PHP,
VB, VB.NET, command lines, SSH & cURL.

Response from Carrier Lookup APIs
The response contains following values:
>1:is a valid wireless carrier
-1 : is possible land line
-2 :invalid number
-3 : Authentication failed
-500: system error, report to support
A carrier lookup costs 1/3 of a text credit.
