Our Definition of Spam
We consider any UNSOLICITED TEXT MESSAGES; NOTIFICATIONS; ALERTS; OR ANY MESSAGES THAT YOU MAY RECEIVE FROM SOMEONE WHO SHOULD NOT HAVE YOUR MOBILE NUMBER, as SPAM.
Wire2Air doesn’t tolerate text message SPAM, we only allow verified opt-in subscriptions. We do NOT allow the use of 3rd party lists, whether consent has been gathered or not.
Anti-Spam Policy Enforcement:
As per our Terms and conditions, our clients agree NOT to use Wire2Air to send unsolicited Text Messages or Spam. All Text Messages sent using Wire2Air’s clients is tracked. We support OPT-OUT using text message and clients also have the ability to remove mobile numbers in case you contact them directly. Wire2Air restricts our clients from adding a mobile number to their list that has been previously Opted-Out or is a Blocked number in our system. If we suspect a violation of our Anti-Spam policy, we will contact the Client and discuss the Client options, which may range from a warning to termination of service for that Client. To the best of our knowledge, our system adheres to ALL state and national laws regarding sending unsolicited mass text messages.
SPAM and ABUSE REPORT:
We ensure that all subscribers can opt-out quickly, easily, and permanently from unwanted text message communications. Please report unwanted messages or SPAM to abuse@wire2air.com with your mobile number, along with message sender number, and message date time. You can also unsubscribe by sending a new text message “STOP” from your phone to the shortcode 27126 or just reply to the text message with the word “STOP”. Your report will be registered and the Client will be investigated for violations of our Anti-Spam Policy. The identity of any individual reporting abuse will be kept confidential.
